We’re hiring elite closers to represent one of the fastest-growing sports brands in the country. This is a fully in-person role at stadiums, bars, tailgates, and other high-traffic events. Your presence, energy, and closing ability directly determine your income.

What You'll Do:

-Initiate conversations with sports fans during in-person activation

-Represent a nationally recognized sports gaming platform at live events

-Travel regularly to major cities across the U.S.

-Close conversions on the spot in high-energy environments

Compensation:

-100% commission; no quotas, no caps, no limits

-Top performers earn $150+/hr; highest earners exceed $250K/year

-Weekly payouts based on performance

You’re a Fit If You:

-Are a proven top 5% producer (D2D, solar, auto, events, fitness, etc.)

-Thrive independently and know how to lead with confidence

-Can work 30–50+ hours per week, including weekends

-Are able and willing to travel for events

-Know how to command attention and close in fast-paced environments

Not a Fit If:

-You’re looking for part-time or low-commitment work

-You’re not available to travel

-You rely on micro management, hand-holding, or team support to be effective

Preferred Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in high-contact sales (D2D, auto, events, etc.)

-History of exceeding sales quotas

-Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

-Comfortable working solo in high-traffic live settings

Physical Requirements:

This role requires constant movement. You must be comfortable being on your feet for long periods and walking through large spaces such as stadiums, parking lots, or outdoor tailgates. This is a physical, face-to-face role with no remote option.
